Solterra Vacation Home | Private Pool, Games Room & Space for the Whole Family

Make yourself at home at this spacious Solterra property in Davenport. With five guest bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one half bathroom, two living areas, a private pool and a games room, there’s room for everyone to enjoy time together—and space to unwind after a busy day exploring Orlando.

SPACE TO GATHER

The main living area brings the kitchen, dining space and lounge together, making it easy to share meals and evenings at home. Settle onto the sofa for a movie on the large TV, or head upstairs to the second lounge for board games, conversation or a little quiet time.

The kitchen has modern appliances, an island with breakfast bar seating and a dedicated coffee station. A dining table seating ten gives your group a place to come together for dinner or plan the next day’s adventures.

PRIVATE POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING

Spend an afternoon by your own pool, stretch out on a sun lounger or enjoy a meal outside. The patio has a barbecue, lounge seating and a tiki-style covered area, giving your group several ways to enjoy the Florida weather without leaving the home.

Pool heating may be available by request for an additional charge. Please check the price and arrange it before your stay.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The five guest bedrooms offer a flexible mix of bed sizes:

• Ground-floor bedroom: King bed, TV and private bathroom
• Upstairs bedroom: Queen bed and private bathroom
• Upstairs bedroom: Queen bed and private bathroom
• Upstairs bedroom: Two double beds
• Upstairs bedroom: Two twin bunk beds

The ground-floor king bedroom is a convenient option for guests who prefer not to sleep upstairs. There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. A sixth bedroom in the home is not available for guest use.

GAMES, MOVIES AND DOWNTIME

The games room is ready for friendly competition, with a pool table and arcade games. It also has comfortable seating and a mini fridge, so everyone can spend time together between rounds. Upstairs, the bonus lounge offers another TV and a collection of board games.

A washer and dryer are available during your stay, along with Wi-Fi throughout the home.

SOLTERRA AND NEARBY AMENITIES

The home is within Solterra Resort, so the community’s clubhouse and resort facilities are close by within the neighbourhood. For everyday essentials, a supermarket and other shops are approximately a five-minute drive away. Posner Park, with more shopping, dining and a cinema, is approximately seven minutes away by car.

Walt Disney World is roughly 15–25 minutes away depending on the park and traffic. Orlando’s other attractions are also within driving distance, making the home a convenient base for both park days and relaxing days by the pool.

SELF-CATERING AND STARTER SUPPLIES

This is a self-catering vacation home. To help you settle in, we leave a starter supply of essentials for your arrival, including toilet paper in each bathroom, 3 trash bags, hand soap, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods.

Starter supplies are intended to get you through the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.

From pool afternoons and games room tournaments to movie nights together, this home gives your group space to make the holiday your own.
