Posner Park is a short drive for shopping, casual dining, and a cinema. For something livelier, the Disney Springs dining district is under 25 minutes away.
Water Parks
Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are both within easy reach. Most of our Thousand Oaks homes also have their own private screened pool for days you'd rather stay put.
Golf
Several well-regarded courses are within a 15-minute drive, including Champions Gate Golf Club and Reunion Resort. Good options whether you're a regular or just fancy a round.
Day Trips
Kennedy Space Center, Clearwater Beach, and the Gulf Coast are all doable in a day from Davenport. The I-4 and US-27 put most of Central Florida within easy reach.
Local Eats
Skip the tourist strips. Davenport and the surrounding area have a growing number of local restaurants and cafes worth finding — ask us for recommendations before you arrive.

Thousand Oaks is one of those communities that guests discover by accident and then request by name the second time around. It doesn't have a lazy river or a resort clubhouse, but it has something a lot of families prefer: space, privacy, and streets that don't feel like a theme park car park. The homes are well-sized, the pools are private, and Disney is 20 minutes down the road when you're ready for it.

Amazing villa with everything that you would need. We spent quite a few days chilling round the villa as the outside space and pool was spot on. Jennifer as a host was very responsive during out holiday. Would 100% recommend to friends and family. Look forward to staying in this villa again....

This place was great and not too far from the parks. It has everything you need for a welcoming stay. It was clean and everything was so nice and organized they even had towels decorating the beds! We loved this place and hope to stay again
